Next Meetings

Our next meeting will be on zoom on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. (see below on how to connect). Our next subsequent meeting will be person on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. (note earlier time for in-person meetings) at La Villa Tex-Mex Bar and Grill, 18701 N. Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg MD 20879.

To join that distribution, send an email from the email address at which you would like to receive communications to GaithersburgWriters@groups.io and ask to be added to the list.

Please limit readings to around 600-1,000 words.

If you plan to read your work, please send a “soft” copy of your material to Ken (silverpenken@aol.com) via email a few days in advance. Ken will distribute it to those members who have confirmed their attendance. This is so the group can read ahead and offer more thorough and specific comments, which will maximize the benefit to you, the writer.

If you are reading at a zoom meeting, please be ready to “share” your screen so others can follow along as you read.

If you are reading at an in-person meeting, please bring a dozen hard copies so others can follow along as you read.
